IVF & Reproductive Care Coordination

Explore IVF and fertility options in Turkey with scheduling, travel, and communication coordinated from the US. Astramedica handles the journey planning; the partner reproductive team makes all medical decisions. Individual results vary.

**Duration:** 2–3 week program cycle
**Recovery:** Minimal downtime, bed rest 24–48 hours post-transfer
**Last reviewed:** April 20, 2026

## Program overview

This is a plan for people in the US who are researching IVF or other fertility programs in Turkey. Because fertility cycles are time-sensitive and personal, we start with coordination around records, cycle timing, and travel windows — not assumptions about which approach is right for you.

Our job is helping you compare partner clinic pathways and handle travel once the clinic accepts your case. We don't recommend IVF over other approaches, advise on medication, or decide whether donor or genetic testing is right for you. That's the reproductive specialist's job.

For most people, the value of coordination is clarity: knowing how long the cycle window usually takes, how many monitoring visits are likely, and what happens if part of the plan stretches across two trips. Outcomes depend on age, history, and the doctor's assessment, and no pregnancy or cycle result is certain.

## Why Turkey for this program

Turkey is a popular destination for fertility care because many partner centers combine reproductive specialists, embryology labs, and international-patient coordination in one organized pathway. That usually makes it easier to plan consultations, monitoring, and procedures around a defined cycle window during a single trip.

## Key considerations

- Competitive IVF outcomes with advanced protocols
- PGT-A genetic screening available
- Egg & embryo freezing programs
- Donor egg & sperm programs
- Comprehensive hormonal assessment

## Who this program is for

- Unexplained infertility
- Age-related fertility decline
- Male factor infertility
- Recurrent pregnancy loss

## How the coordination works

1. **US-Based Consultation Call:** We get on a call with you to talk about the kind of fertility plan you're considering — while being clear that whether you're a candidate is the partner reproductive team's call.
2. **Partner Clinic Comparison:** You get a side-by-side look at our partner clinics — their teams, typical cycle structures, and how they handle consultations, monitoring, and embryology — so you can pick the one that feels right to you.
3. **Fertility Specialist Review:** The partner reproductive specialist reviews your history and on-site testing and decides whether IVF, another approach, or no cycle is right for you. This is their call — Astramedica steps out of this part.
4. **Travel & Cycle Coordination:** Once you're accepted, we book your flights, arrange airport pickups, reserve your hotel, and plan the trip around consultations, monitoring, and the procedure window the clinic sets.
5. **Program & Return Journey:** The partner clinic runs the cycle and handles your aftercare. We handle discharge logistics, the return flight, and any remote follow-up.

## Frequently asked questions

### Can Astramedica decide which fertility approach is right for me?

No. Choice of approach, medication, and cycle planning belong to the partner reproductive specialist after they review your history.

### How long do people usually stay in Turkey for IVF-related care?

It depends. Some plans are split across two shorter trips, while others need a longer single stay for monitoring and the procedure. The partner clinic sets the timeline.

### Are donor programs or genetic testing always available?

No. Availability depends on the partner clinic, the case, and local rules. The clinic explains what's actually available after review.

### Can Astramedica predict whether IVF will work?

No. Fertility outcomes depend on many medical factors, and we don't predict results from any partner-clinic program.
