Before You Book
4 questions
Astramedica is a US-based coordination company. We help patients compare vetted partner clinics in Turkey, organize travel, and move through the process with one clear point of contact. We are not a clinic, we do not employ physicians, and all medical decisions stay with the independent doctors and facilities.
Coordination means we handle the non-clinical side of the journey: first contact, clinic comparisons, record handoff, scheduling, travel planning, airport transfer and hotel support, interpretation help, and follow-up communication after you return home.
Vetted means we review physician credentials, facility standards, international-patient systems, and how clearly the clinic communicates pricing, expectations, documentation, and follow-up. Independent physicians still decide candidacy, pricing, and clinical care plans.
No. Independent physicians decide candidacy, pricing, and clinical care. Our role is to coordinate the non-clinical side so the process feels clear, organized, and easier to manage.
How The Process Works
3 questions
You tell us what you are considering, we help narrow the right partner-clinic options, the clinic performs its own review, and then we coordinate the travel and scheduling around the plan you choose.
Earlier is better, especially for surgical care or staged dental and fertility programs. In many cases, a few weeks gives enough room for clinic review, scheduling, and travel planning.
If you want your home physician involved, we can help coordinate record sharing and post-visit documentation between your local doctor and the partner clinic.
Programs And Partner Clinics
4 questions
Current pathways include hair transplant, dental implants, rhinoplasty, liposuction, breast surgery, eye procedures, IVF and fertility services, comprehensive check-ups, orthopedic surgery, weight-loss surgery, and selected wellness-focused programs.
Turkey is our primary destination. That is where our strongest partner-clinic network and coordination infrastructure are currently focused.
We review physician credentials, facility standards, international-patient systems, and how clearly the clinic communicates expectations, documentation, and follow-up.
Patients often travel for better pricing context, faster scheduling, concentrated procedure volume, or a more organized end-to-end experience than they are finding locally.
Why Patients Use Astramedica
3 questions
You can. Many patients choose Astramedica because they do not want to compare clinics, manage scheduling, organize travel, and handle communication on their own. We make the process more structured and easier to follow from the US.
If questions or travel issues come up, having a coordinator already familiar with your case can make the next step much easier to manage with the clinic.
We provide vetted clinic comparisons, record handoff coordination, travel planning, airport transfer and hotel support, interpretation help, and follow-up coordination after you return home.
Travel And Logistics
4 questions
We coordinate the non-clinical side of the journey: initial intake, clinic comparisons, record transmission, scheduling, airport transfers, hotel planning, interpretation support, and post-visit coordination.
Yes. We can coordinate interpretation and translation support so communication with the partner clinic feels easier and clearer.
Sometimes. That depends on the doctor's instructions, your procedure, and your recovery plan. When it makes sense, we can help shape the itinerary around comfort and timing.
Yes. We can help plan accommodation, transfers, and practical logistics for a companion traveling with you.
